Version History, Trash, and Recovery
Create restore points and recover soft-deleted content.
Submit a version after finishing a chapter and before plot rewrites, bulk replacement, new setting imports, or large Agent changes. Write a description that identifies what changed.
Inspect additions, deletions, and edits before restoring. Confirm the timestamp and target chapter. Since restore creates the new current state, submit the present state first and reopen the restored chapter afterward.
Chapters, outline nodes, and some graph content use soft deletion. After restoring from Trash, verify original position, order, and associations. Back up before permanent deletion.
